About Laura Stephens

Laura’s journey in real estate is deeply rooted in her commitment to hard work and community service, which began at the age of 12 with volunteering to support local organizations. Her dedication to service has only grown over the years, continuing to manifest in her role as a successful, licensed, full-time Real Estate Advisor.

With her passion for the real estate industry, Laura serves clients across Orange County and San Diego. She combines her relentless pursuit of excellence with continuous education and exceptional negotiation skills, ensuring that her clients are well-informed and supported throughout their home ownership and investment journeys.

Recognized as a Top 100 Agent for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties and a member of the Chairman’s Circle Gold (Top 2%), Laura has also been named a Five Star Agent and a “Leader of Influence in Real Estate” by the San Diego Business Journal. Her leadership extends to her role as Membership Director on the San Diego Women’s Council of Realtors Board, and she is an active board member of The Charitable Foundation of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.

Laura’s commitment to her community is further demonstrated through her volunteer work with organizations supporting youth athletes, victims of domestic violence, and animal rescue. She believes in elevating those around her, both in her industry and within the communities she serves.

Laura currently resides in Scripps Ranch, San Diego with her husband, two teenage children, and three rescue dogs. She enjoys being active in her community by being on the Scripps Ranch High School Track/Field Booster Club Board, and formerly being the Jerabek Elementary “Kindness Koalas” Founder. When not “real estate-ing”, she  enjoys the ocean, traveling, reading, and most recently playing the drums.
